Guest Media Release Agreement

This agreement confirms that the Guest (named above) consents to be recorded and featured as part of The Philantrepreneur Foundation’s programs, including but not limited to:

• Nonprofit Corner Podcast

• Nonprofit Impact Summits

• Best AI for Nonprofits

• The TPF Network

• Any additional educational or promotional content produced by The Philantrepreneur Foundation

Consent to Record & Edit

The Guest agrees to the recording of their voice, image, and presentation for use in the above programs. The Philantrepreneur Foundation retains the right to edit, transcribe, or adapt the presentation for clarity, promotional purposes, or format consistency.

Usage & Distribution Rights

The Guest grants The Philantrepreneur Foundation the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to:

• Reproduce, distribute, and publicly share the presentation in full or in part

• Use the Guest’s name, biography, and likeness in connection with the presentation and its promotion

• License the content to third parties, including sponsors, partners, or affiliates

This includes, but is not limited to, usage in audio, video, print, digital, and online formats across all platforms.

Copyright & Ownership

The Guest affirms that any presentation, materials, or contributions provided to The Philantrepreneur Foundation for use in its programs are their own original work or that they have the right to share such content.

The Guest grants The Philantrepreneur Foundation exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to:

• Reproduce, edit, and distribute their recorded appearance (audio, video, print, or digital)

• Use the content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes

• License the content to third parties

This applies only to the content created or submitted for use in The Philantrepreneur Foundation’s programs. The Guest retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, content, or programs referenced during their appearance.

Compensation

The Guest understands and agrees that their participation in The Philantrepreneur Foundation’s programs is on a voluntary, unpaid basis. No financial compensation, royalties, or other payments will be provided for their appearance, either now or in the future.

The Philantrepreneur Foundation may monetize the program content, including through:

• Paid event replays

• Summit All-Access Passes

• Educational bundles or subscription-based platforms

This monetization supports the mission of The Philantrepreneur Foundation. The Guest waives any right to share in these proceeds.

Optional Affiliate Opportunity:
As a benefit, Guests may be eligible to participate in The Philantrepreneur Foundation’s affiliate program, which offers commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. Participation is optional and must be activated separately by the Guest.

By selecting “I agree” and submitting this form, the Guest affirms that they have the authority to grant these rights and agree to the terms outlined above.
